Classes available for adults

For those parents looking to join their child in activity we have options.

Polka Dots is our first course for young gymnasts.  Adult participation is required and a great way for Mom and Dad to join the fun.

Tae Kwon Do - On Wednesday evenings we offer a parent/child class.  This class is only a half hour, full of fun and great way to increase flexibility.

Finally,
Adult Conditioning and Stretch Class is on Monday evenings.  It incorporates simple dance moves to build cardio-stamina and stretch to improve agility and flexibility.  NO previous dance experience is required, this is a great first step to increase your activity.
