We PRACTICE LESS HOURS, but we use every minute of the gym time. This way girls have balance in their daily activities: enough time to prepare for their level competitions, but also enough family time and time for their school work. Our goal is to teach the girls gymnastics, but also, to develop their passion for this beautiful sport. Our gymnasts leave each practice eager to practice more.Gym-Nation is USA Gymnastics Member*** We are proud of our team staff: Eric Kangas, Martha Driscoll-Nelson, Sherry O'Neill, Brooke Habisch, Lynette Stende, Cedomir Vragovic & Dragana Dosen
