    Gym-Nation Rules & Policies

 

Payment information:

All prices are based on 46 weeks of program throughout the year.

You can reserve your spot in class ONLY by paying your registration and tuition. The annual registration fee of $30/member or $40/family, is due at the first day of the fall I session and expires September 1st 2010. Tuition is due by the first day of each session. Tuition must be paid in full before the students enter their first class. A late fee of $10 will be assessed if payment is not received 10 after the due date. Accounts that have become 11 days over due will be considered for refusal of services unless other arrangements have been made. There is a $30 returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank. For your convenience, we accept all kinds of credit cards. You may register over the phone or you may send us a check.  

Priority registration:

Fall I registration opens July 21st. Weeks 1-7 of the Fall I, Fall II and Winter sessions are priority registration weeks for all current members. Week 8 registration opens for new members. The summer session’s registration is open for everyone the second week of the spring session.

Prorated registration:

The annual registration covers the insurance. Anyone registering at the time of the Spring session 2010 pays $20.00/individual or $30.00/family for the registration fee. New members registering at the time of the Summer session pay only $10.00 individual or $15.00/family. The registration fee is good through September 1st 2010.

Refunds:

If we need to cancel a class we will refund 100% of your tuition. If you need to cancel, you need to notify us at least one week prior to the start of class and we will refund your tuition. Cancellation received within one week prior to the session will be subject to a $10 service fee, or you may choose a full refund in form of credit voucher. No refunds are given after the 1st day of session (not the first class) . NO REFUNDS are given after the session's start day. Credit can be transferred only to members of the same family.

Bad Weather Cancellation:

Gym-Nation classes will not meet when Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose schools are closed due to bad weather. All classes will meet at the scheduled times unless you are notified differently prior to the class. Since the weather is always unpredictable during the day, please feel free to call after 2pm to find out if our evening classes will be held.

Discounts for all programs:

NEW! Sibling and/or parent discount: 25%.

Loyalty discount – any student who participates from September through May will receive $10 off their tuition for the summer session.

Any 2nd class is 25-40 % off depending on the program.

Make-ups

Make-ups are unlimited, but they need to be done in the same session. Please, call to schedule your make- ups since they depend on the space available.
